One should not cater to technology. It is there to serve us, not us it. If I begin typing wrong, because I know it’ll turn out right, I am now typing wrong, to fit in to what technology is demanding I do. This in itself is bad, but doing this also means I retrain myself to type, and potentially write (on paper) this way. I essential unlearn the right way to write, and learn a wrong way to write.
This is a problem many are having today, and it is eroding valuable skills as well as showing a wrong way of thinking. The technology should not be our master, it should be our slave. We make it, it does not make us. More and more I am seeing people live as if they must fit in to machinery/technology, not the other way around.
For many, these days, technology is their god. This I detest.
